Wedding Buffet Package Menu









Our Simple Wedding Buffet Package is Specially priced for your event of 75 or more adult guests

~ 3 Hors d’Oeuvres passed for 40 minutes OR Cheese display with olives, fruit and breads

Choose from:

Baked brie on baguettes with summer strawberry or autumn apple compote

Cabot jalapeño jack and cheddar quesadillas with mango tomato, cilantro salsa

Arancini risotto balls with parmesan and herbs

Chevré toasts with balsamic glazed mushrooms and parsley

Buffet-Style Dinner

Baskets of breads and rolls with butter

Salad of mixed greens with a choice of dressing: balsamic maple or lemon vinaigrette, ranch, bleu cheese…

Two entrees – your choice…sauce to complement selection

Chicken: grilled, roasted, BBQ or cornmeal crusted

Pork Loin: roasted with maple mustard marinade or BBQ glaze

Vegetarian entrée option:  mac and cheese with house made bread crumbs OR Stuffed portabella mushroom with quinoa and feta

Side dishes -

Rosemary roasted potatoes, smashed potatoes with pesto, rice or pasta with spinach cream sauce

Sautéed summer squash, green beans/sugar snaps OR corn on the cob with plain and cajun butter… Winter squash medley too in autumn

Coffee and tea service

$30.00 per person for pick-up with no platters, buffet design or staff. Drop-off services will be charged a $50.00 delivery fee – $100.00 if an hour away.

$40.00 per person
Includes: All beautiful wares for service plus any disposables and plasticware if not providing your own. A staff of four for a seven hour shift is included plus up to 1 hour travel time for 75 guests.

$45.00 per person when china is rented or provided by client. A staff of  five for an eight hour shift is included plus up to 1 hour travel time for 75 guests.

Please note: Additional time is needed at event for…

  • Larger guests counts – $150 per staff person for 7 hour shift per additional 25- 35 guests) Extra time to serve a large group too is usually needed. Each clients needs are different and will be determined.
  • Tented events/weddings with prep tents –  time is needed to set-up and organize additional logistics. A site visit is always recommended.  

Additional menu items can be added and priced accordingly, and some substitutions can be made. Kids under 13 are 1/2 price.
